Three years ago Texstar Services completed a major renovation on my office
building, transforming an ugly and structurally unsound building into an
amazing, beautiful workplace. The renovation was TOTAL and included jacking
up the building to level it, wheelbarrowing in 15 truckloads of sand to drop under
the floor for good drainage, removing and building walls, installing crown
molding, laying new laminate flooring throughout and slate flooring in the
bathrooms, improving the electrical wiring and fixtures, relocating plumbing and
completely redoing the bathrooms, completely rebuilding the kitchen with
granite countertops and new cabinets, installing new windows, painting both
interior and exterior completely (including repairing exterior siding), and building
handicap ramps. Texstar did everything.
But not only did Texstar do everything, they did it with excellence! Chris takes
such pride in his work, and he does what he says he'll do--on time, on budget,
and with a strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship. As a result, my
office building is stunningly beautiful. We get constant comments--literally every
day--about how wonderful the renovation looks!
I cannot say enough about my awesome experience with Texstar. But perhaps
the strongest evidence for how well things went is this: I am renovating a new
building this summer, and I wouldn't even consider a contractor other than
Texstar! |
